Like our customers, our team comes from all walks of life. Our employees bring their full selves to work. Whether it’s championing women, supporting veterans, improving diversity or aligning our hiring process with our values, our philosophy is that we’re better together.
Our values are our compass
We believe our people are our greatest strength. We’re a team of Passionate Explorers—curious, driven, and united by a shared commitment to making a meaningful impact. What matters most to us is creating value through every interaction, every innovation, and every relationship.
We’re driven by three value creation imperatives: Customer Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, and The Way We Work. They are top of mind every day as we help the world’s leading security teams defend their organizations against the latest cyberthreats and guide how we work and grow together.
Customer Satisfaction
We’re obsessed with doing right by our customers—solving the problems that matter most to them and delivering outcomes that exceed expectations.
Employee Engagement
We celebrate a culture of energy, exploration, and belonging, where every voice is heard and every team member thrives.
The Way We Work
We’re committed to critical thinking, intellectual honesty, and continuous improvement—because excellence is a journey, not a destination.

Be Boldly Curious
We embrace curiosity as a catalyst for innovation. Ask questions, explore new ideas, and challenge the status quo.

Own the Outcome
We take responsibility for results, not just tasks. Team members are empowered to lead, deliver the exceptional, and drive meaningful impact.

Serve with Trust
Trust is the foundation of every relationship we build. We put our customers first, and act with integrity and urgency to deliver the right solutions at the right time.

Work Together, Win Together
Collaboration is our superpower. Listen, share, and connect across teams, with customers, and with partners — because success is a shared achievement.

CommUNITY Council
We believe there’s value and power in our uniqueness. The CommUNITY Council is the umbrella organization that champions diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) at Exabeam, helping create a greater sense of belonging across the organization. Our mission: initiate conversation, educate, and enact change to promote diversity and inclusion in support of the unique experiences of underrepresented groups within and outside Exabeam.

Who We Are
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are the heart and soul of DEIB at Exabeam! They allow for like-minded individuals to come together, provide a safe space, raise visibility, and further promote and support diversity and inclusion.

ExaCares
ExaCares is a philanthropy ERG dedicated to improving local and global communities through investing in give-back initiatives. They host activities worldwide where employees come together for the greater good.

ExaGals
The ExaGals focus on supporting and empowering the women of Exabeam, as well as women in the technology community at large, with career development, education and personal growth opportunities.

Ex&ND
Ex&ND (pronounced “ex-and”) creates a psychologically safe, inclusive working environment to embrace, understand, and utilize the many hidden talents that neurotypes can bring to Exabeam.

Pride
Pride empowers queer (LGBTQIA+) and allied employees at Exabeam — they provide a safe space to celebrate individuality and all queer identities, promote inclusion, and encourage the personal and professional growth of the queer community.

Veterans
ExaVets is committed to recognizing and supporting veterans and their families. Through internal and external activities, ExaVets aims to support the transition of military veterans, provide a supportive environment for employees who have family members deployed, and attract, retain, and empower veteran employees to further the goal of helping veterans achieve their fullest potential across the spectrum of professional development and employment opportunities at Exabeam.
The ERG origin story
The first ERG at Exabeam was ExaGals, launched one year after Exabeam was founded. At the time, there were only a handful of women in the company and the founding CEO wanted to support them as more women joined the organization. He felt they embodied the values, behaviors, and attitudes he wanted at Exabeam and asked them to form a committee to wrangle the company’s brash young energy into a cohesive organizational culture. It started with a budget for monthly lunch meetings, and grew so large it eventually needed a name to make its impact and influence recognizable. The prefix Exa made sense, and Gal had two meanings as the bookend of the name: the first, a classic and approachable synonym for woman, and the second, a more obscure meaning, a measurement unit of gravitational acceleration.
Exabeam’s growth was off the charts, so the metaphor fit. And it fit culturally, ExaGals helped cultivate the values and shared identity of the people of Exabeam and helped forge the company culture we have today.
